Can I afford Fastpark Heathrow meet & greet valet parking?
Apart from being so much faster and easier than the alternatives, Fastpark Heathrow is refreshingly inexpensive compared with using the Short or Long Stay Car Parks at Heathrow.
Will my car be safe if I use Fastpark Heathrow?
Yes, completely! Your car will be parked in a secure, private car park and our drivers (the valets) are all carefully selected, mature individuals who are fully insured. And we will not hand over your car to anyone without the identifying number.
What happens when I book with Fastpark Heathrow?
You will receive an email confirming payment and also a second email with the detailed instructions with a VAT invoice attached.
Outward Journey
Please call 0203 394 0124 or 07931 322042 20 minutes before your arrival at Heathrow Airport and your Fastpark Heathrow valet will be waiting for you at a specified meeting point in the departure area of your specified Terminal at the agreed time (not the flight time). They will identify themselves to you and will help you load your luggage onto a trolley if required. They will give you a uniquely numbered card with a contact telephone number and will take your car off to our secure, private car park. Please keep this card somewhere safe for your return, because we will not hand over the car keys to anyone without the proper identifying number.
Return
Your Fastpark Heathrow valet will have your return trip details and will be waiting with your car to meet and greet you outside the terminal when you return. However, as flights are not always on time, we ask you to ring the number on the card when you land. You can then collect your baggage, walk to the meeting point at the Terminal, identify yourself to your valet, load up you car and drive home.
What happens if I book with Fastpark Heathrow Parking and my flight is delayed
If your flight is delayed, please ring Fastpark Heathrow as soon as possible. We do our utmost to help our customers, but obviously we need to be kept informed. We will do all we can to make this stage of the journey a pleasant experience.
I booked with Fastpark Heathrow, What happens when I get to Heathrow?
Fastpark Heathrow have designated meeting points at all Heathrow Terminals, so you simply drive direct to the meeting point at your specified Terminal at the agreed time and your valet will meet you there.
